For over 15 years, Carol has successfully completed many residential remodels, renovations and new construction projects.  

In many of those projects, Carol was instrumental in creating and designing the overall floorplan, working closely with the architect and contractor to achieve a cohesive design, inside and out.

Exceptional skills in interior architectural design and visualization set Carol apart from others.  With the ability to redesign a floorplan in her mind, Carol can realistically sketch and draw what she envisions, clearly communicating to the client her ideas. She loves the challenge of transforming a space into what it could be.  

Living in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, Carol is very passionate about modern and contemporary design, and is constantly inspired by the natural beauty, architecture and arts of the area she lives in.

Carol Cooper is a NCIDQ Certified and Registered Interior Designer, with over 15 years experience working with residential renovations and construction.

In 2004, Carol graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design in Tampa.  Immediately entering the design field, she worked through her two year apprenticeship and in 2006 passed the three-part NCIDQ exam, the premier qualifying exam for the Interior Design industry. In 2007, she became licensed as a Registered Interior Designer by the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design, and started her own business in residential design.

Carol is also a FL Licensed Real Estate Broker.
In 2011 she became licensed in real estate and later obtained her broker license in 2017.

Carol has a very sharp analytical nature, which is well served in real estate.  She uses her dual knowledge of design and real estate to help clients and agents evaluate property improvements, staging, renovations, and pricing.
